Get the harcoded configurations for Mongo, Postgres and Pgbouncer

Place the files under terraform/files/run/datanode/<dbengine>/.

If there are different configurations for the initial load, place them at terraform/files/load/datanode/<dbengine>/

Keep in mind that we are going to run the tests with a client in a different host, so you need to consider opening ports and listen all the components.

PgBouncer configuration should be placed as if it were a diferent dbengine, as it is going to have its own set of benchmarks.
