Refactor compute_set conf directory for allowing different configurations per Dbengine and Action

We need to refactor conf directory at compute_set module, for allowing different configurations per dbengine and action

dbengine=$(getTag Dbengine) and action=$(getTag Action) will be nessary in configuration scripts, so path should be like:

/opt/conf/{dbengine}/{action}/
